At Bee Divine, we take great care in crafting high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Returns Are Not Accepted

As our products are for personal care and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted or used items.
Please read ingredient lists and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

When Exchanges Are Allowed

You may request an exchange only if:

• The product was damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• Part of your order is missing

Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. You will be required to send the product back to us.

Who Covers Return Shipping

If your claim is approved, Bee Divine will:

• Cover the return shipping costs
• Issue a refund for the return postage
• Send a replacement item at no additional charge

Important Notes

• Returns without prior contact will not be accepted
• We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the request is made after 24 hours of delivery or lacks required proof
• Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and unopened
