All products are for external use only.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice.

Payments are securely processed via the payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.


5. Order Acceptance

An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent once it is placed. This email does not constitute our acceptance. The contract is formed when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.


6. Delivery

Orders are processed within up to 5 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Please note that tracking may not always be available, depending on the delivery service selected.

Delivery times vary depending on location and postal service. Bee Divine is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted or opened items.

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Part of your order is missing

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at [email protected] or through our contact form.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, you will be asked to return the product. Return postage will be reimbursed, and a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions or personal preference. Full ingredient lists are available for each product on our website.

Although our products are formulated with carefully selected natural and organic ingredients, individual reactions may occur. Bee Divine cannot be held liable for adverse reactions to specific ingredients.
